hi..

i play cs1.6 non steam wid patch v19 on my college lan....and frequently host for 5on5 matches(listen mostly and smetimes dedi)...

i hv a problem dat i myself get lag on my own server....fps drops to 50-60 from 99 as soon as i encounter other players.

i just fixed my cpu heating prob...so no cpu probs i guess...and i do close all the processes even explorer.exe b4 hosting

i also use reforce...and the ingame reso is 800x600 and desktop reso is 1024x768 and the refresh rate by reforce is 85 hz

ALSO , if ny1 can tell me a gud anticheat solution...coz im fed up of ppl using cheats. and wanna kick their a** x(
