Well, as I discussed with Kim already, those in high positions of a corportaiton don't have the luxory to state personal oppinions so publicly when they are of confortational nature. However, I talked to Kim allot about it and I see some of his points he made when I wan talking to him. I agree the state of CS ladies need some work, I just think it could be done in a more postive way to help promote change vs hate. And, yes, that was old blog I was just really frustrated when I read it (it was going through an email chain for some reason), and yes, I think he has seen allot more improvement in women in gaming since that blog :D
