Hello wide world of web! My name is Brandee also known as Dangerdoll- even my mom call’s me Dangerdoll but I digress. Long and short: I have loved, do love and will always love Video Games. There is a an on-going joke in my family that when I pass on, there will be a controller in hand at that moment and they will be kind enough to bury me with it!
So, let’s chat you and I. Well it all began on a bright sunny day…actually I don’t remember the weather I just know I fell in love with Pole position at a friend’s house and my love was later confirmed when I played Metroid. After that I knew that this was more than a fling. So, here I am a couple decades later and I still love games not just to play them but every aspect there is to LOVE about them. I appreciate what developers and console makers have done and as a whole, how far games and gaming has come.
More recently, (say about the last 5 years or so), I was very surprised to know that I am not the only female gamer out there! I know it is a silly to think, but really we are not marketed to nor are we always well received by our male counterpart gamers. It was when I joined the PMS clan that I realized how multitudinous we really are. When I joined, I found a safe haven as well as a non judgemental wonderful sisterhood.
