well i started to build seriously around the middle of feb this year.. the shoulders is the muscle that have been growing fastest :P but thats my third strongest part :P biceps = 1 triceps = 2 shoulders = 3 then u got breast back leg's stommach, and the most important thing to do, is to use free weights! and eat alot. fuck those machines! there is only a few good machines, and thats for the stomach! and ofc the legs :P
but im that kind of person that can eat pizza 7 days a week and dont gain 1 kg.. and i used to eat that kind of food in the start of my building.. but now i eat pretty good food, and i can tell, its going way better now.. from feb to NOW, i've gained 11 kg... and i dont got fat on my body :P

Oh and Helium. You seriosuly need to stop commenting on peoples galleries. It's pretty bad when Ill be browsing and find your comment "your fucking ugly" on multiple occasions. If you continue this shit, somebody eventually will beat the shit out of you and you will really only be able to call yourself ugly when you've had your face reconstructed.
