Fun day at camp

The day starts off as any other, slow with a lethargic feel to it.  I have to run an errand before we can get started so I set off to a friends place to pick something up for the ATVs (jumper cables, one wouldnt start)  On my way there I wasnt thinking of anything in particular as I drove along the loney back road.  I passed a neighbors place down the road a fair way from our place and I see this sign.

In my opinion the sign should not be there regardless of what it says...its the middle of the bush...you shouldn't just post signs etc.  Anyhow, this sign was even worse in my opinion because it went against my personal views.

But then I was thinking, just because I don't agree with their views doesn't mean I should curse them or anything...infact it would be quite hypocritical if I did, seeing as how I hate when people do it to me.

I finally arrive at my friends place and learn that he almost had died the night before.  He was in a car accident and rolled his mothers brand new truck in the bush.  He was really banged up, but more or less okey.

I was thinking though, on the way back to my place.  What would people do if I died.  (not that he did, but the chance was there so my train of thought went there as well)  Would anyone care? What would happen?

I came to the conclusion that only maybe a handful of people would care.  And I know about a thousand people.

I go throughout the day working on 'myself' and learning how to do certain things in certainsituations to avoid negative outcomes.

Dusk arrives and finally my moment comes.  i paddle accross teh lake (3km) to go duck hunting.  Its a blast and I get my first duck.  I have a blast even though the outcome is rather sour.

I head home the night is perfect.  The moon is full, the water is calm and its like the perfect temperature.  Paddling through tar I was so tired.  About half way back I looked up and I was truly happy.  Its a great feeling.  Wish I could describe it better.
